Part One of this book lists the nine consecutive owners of the Hostetter Homestead at Engleside, Lancaster County, PA, beginning with Immigrant Jacob Hostetter (c1690-1761), who was married to Anna Kreider (1700-?) and had 8 children. Jacob left Switzerland in order to live in religious freedom and godly fear. His last words were that those that followed would also embrace that godly fear. This book shows the effects of his choices to honor the God he feared and to inspire others. Part Two lists the ten generations of Immigrant Jacob Hostetter (c1690-1761). (182pp. color illus. index.
