About the Magazine

Mennonite Family History is a quarterly periodical covering Mennonite, Amish, and Brethren genealogy and family history. Check out the free sample articles on our website for a taste of what can be found inside each issue. The MFH has been published since January 1982. The magazine has an international advisory council, as well as writers. The editors are J. Lemar and Lois Ann Zook Mast.

All the back issues are listed on our website (here). Search our website for surnames or topics that interest you. Back issues are $6.00 each. Back issues from 2016 and later are available as $6.00 PDF instant downloads.

Subscription Cost
A one year subscription costs $30.00. If you subscribe for two years, we issue a discount, and the subscription only costs a total of $50.00. If you order over the Phone, ask for a MFH subscription, stating either one or two years.

Due to rising foreign postage costs, the MFH subscription rate for those living outside the U.S. is $40.00 for one year or $65.00 for two years. This applies to our Canadian neighbors as well. Thank you for understanding.

Yesterday the current issue of MFH arrived and it made my day! The articles and photos were excellent. Masthof has been an invaluable ministry in keeping our heritage alive. It is hard to believe you are still planning and conducting the tours.
