As is typical with directories of this era, there are also many ads for the local businesses and industries. While the rest of the directory is present, there is a small section of the Philipsburg directory that is missing. The Philipsburg names absent are from the beginning of the "A" section to the name "Bergerson".

It begins with a numeric street directory, listing all addresses (business and residential) numerically by street. Following this is the alphabetical providing directory information arranged alphabetically by resident or business name. It includes the name of the primary resident or business, name of the primary resident's mate (if any), their occupation and street address. After this there is a listing of the rural routes in the outlying regions of Dubois. Falls Creek is covered the same way after the Dubois sections, with the exception of the numeric street directory.
