This atlas presents warrantee maps of tracts which the Penn family, and then the Commonwealth of Pa., sold to the first settlers of Fayette Co., Pa. Starting in 1907, draftsmen drew connected maps from the original deeds of the earliest purchasers of tracts completing about one-third of Pa. counties before the project ended. (406pp. index.
