Elizabeth is married to Michael Petersheim and has one son, Mark. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2007, majoring in Accounting.

Along with the finances, she also enjoys helping with layout and graphic design. Other responsibilities include managing the circulation of the quarterly publication, Mennonite Family History, and overseeing all mass mailings.

In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, gardening, reading, and taking trips to the cabin to ride motorcycles.
